just another mediocre stay at this Best Western. First, the shower was dreadful, barely any water pressure, what a waste. I was almost tempted to leave a good review, but I never received any special treatment during my stay, which I totally deserved.

I was really happy with the clean and cool room upon arrival, which was such a relief in the Texas heat. The outdoor pool was perfect for winding down after a day of exploring, and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus too. The only thing I'd mention is that parking can get a bit tight during busy times, but honestly, I'd totally recommend this place for a family getaway! ☀️

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and utilized the convenient link to order for the next day. Definitely check out the outdoor pool and the nearby attractions like the historic site and local dining options.
However, the parking situation was pretty tight during peak times, which was a bit frustrating. It would be good to plan ahead if you're driving.

Great location and comfy beds!
This spot was great for our family trip! The location was super easy to get to the highway, which made it simple to check out San Antonio. The staff was friendly too. One bummer was the pool – it was kinda small and my kid's eyes were burning from the chlorine. The snack bar was a nice touch.

We had an amazing trip with our large family! The breakfast was a standout with delicious waffles. Relaxing in the outdoor pool after exploring San Antonio was just what we needed, and the kids loved the comfort of our Queen room.
My wife says that the shower could use a body wash dispenser.

The location had easy access to highways, which made it simple to explore San Antonio. I stayed in a spacious Queen room with two beds, perfect for my family. The staff were genuinely nice and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Breakfast stood out with delicious options. the biscuits and gravy were a highlight. However, I noticed the parking could get tight, especially during busy hours. It felt somewhat cramped when we returned in the evenings. Our room stayed cool and clean, a relief in the Texas heat, but the shower pressure left something to be desired. It barely met my needs, and I often found myself frustrated with it. Despite enjoying many aspects of the stay, those issues stood out. A more powerful shower would definitely enhance the experience.

We had such a fun time! The 32-inch LCD TVs were perfect for chilling out in our spacious room after long days exploring San Antonio. The breakfast selection was surprisingly tasty, and the quick access to Highway 410 made traveling with our four teenagers a breeze.
My wife says that the parking could be improved for large families. It felt a bit cramped during busy times.
